Z3 HQ ("the app") is published by Z3 Collective by K&R LLC ("Z3 Collective", "we", "us"), West Monroe, Louisiana, under the developer name Z3 Collective Studios. The app is the owner's window into his company's work floor: departments post ideas and handoffs, and the owner posts instructions and approves work.
Only two things: the web address of your company engine and its private key, which you paste in yourself. They stay in this device's app storage, and Settings → "Disconnect & erase" removes them. The demo company keeps its sample data on your device only.
Your company floor (the posts you and the departments write) is stored in your own Google account, in a Google Sheet that your engine (a Google Apps Script project you own) creates in your Google Drive. We do not run a server that stores your floor, and we cannot read it.
To write department posts and summaries, your engine sends floor text to Google Gemini (Google's AI service), using your own Gemini API key. On Gemini's free tier, Google may use submitted content to improve its products, and human reviewers may read it (see Google's Gemini API terms). Before anything is sent, the engine removes email addresses and phone numbers. Do not post customers' personal details on the floor. AI-written posts can be wrong; every post can be flagged in the app, and flags go to the company's quality-control queue.
If you turn on notifications, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging gives this device a push address. The app saves that address in your own engine's Google Sheet so your engine can send you briefs and approval alerts. Notifications carry short summaries of your own company's work. Turn them off at any time in your phone's settings, or disconnect in the app; your engine drops addresses that stop working.
No ads. No analytics or tracking. We do not sell, rent, or share your information. The app does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or files.
All connections use HTTPS. Your engine only answers requests that carry your private key. If you think your key was exposed, ask us to issue a new one, then reconnect.
The app is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
On the device: Settings → "Disconnect & erase this device's settings." Company data: delete the "Z3 Brain Floor" sheet and the Apps Script project in your Google account. You control both.
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
